The Cosmetic Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) held its monthly luncheon on October 13, at The Manhattan Club at Rosie O’Grady’s in New York City. Highlighting the event was CIBS President Charles Marches and Membership Committee Chairman George Filippidis’s warm induction of fourteen new members to the organization.

“During a difficult economic period for the industry, CIBS continues to grow and be a vibrant industry resource for its members,” Filippidis said.

On Thursday, October 21, CIBS will host its Fall Cocktail Party at Rosa Mexicana, Union Square, in New York City. Also upcoming is the Members Only Luncheon on Wednesday, November 10, at New York’s The Harvard Club. And the CIBS Annual Holiday Ball will take place Saturday, December 4, at the Marriot Marquis in Times Square.
